Prenatal massage

Prenatal Massage is available only during the 2nd or 3rd trimester and only if the pregnancy is not considered high risk. If you are unsure, please consult your prenatal care provider. A Prenatal Massage Intake Form will be required for each visit to ensure we have the most up to date information related to you and your baby.

Specialty Pregnancy Table Available

Several of our massage therapists have advanced training in side-lying pregnancy massage techniques but we also offer a pregnancy table that will allow the expectant mother to lie face down with no harm to the baby. This allows for better access to the back muscles and gives mom a chance to do something she has not been able to do since probably her first trimester.
